Service Agreement
By engaging Striqu Digital, you agree to the scope, pricing, and timelines defined in your project proposal or service agreement. Any additional features or changes requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
Project Requirements & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, materials, access credentials, and approvals on time. Delays in providing necessary information may affect delivery timelines, for which Striqu Digital shall not be held responsible.
Payments & Billing
All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed milestones or upon project completion. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or restricted access to deliverables.
Delivery & Acceptance
Upon completion, clients will be notified to review and approve the project. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included. Additional revisions or feature changes beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final approved deliverables. Striqu Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting, Maintenance & Third-Party Services
If hosting, domain, APIs, payment gateways, or third-party tools are used, their performance, pricing, and policies are subject to the respective providers. Striqu Digital is not liable for service interruptions or changes from third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Striqu Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Security & Data Responsibility
While we implement industry-standard security practices, clients are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and backups unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
Service Modifications & Pricing Changes
Striqu Digital reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, or policies at any time. Ongoing projects or active agreements will not be affected by changes unless mutually agreed.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client, payment will be due for work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds for unused services may be considered at our discretion.
